I grew up in Houston, but I currently work as a software engineer in Austin. When I'm not being a couch potato, I enjoy bouldering, reading, video games, and superhero media. I spent a lot of time on this website, so feel free to explore to your heart's content!

Had any good reads recently? Please let me know! I'm always on the lookout for new stories. Most of my favorite books are in the fantasy genre, but I'm actively expanding my horizons. I may occasionally right a blog post about a book I read.

There is a special place in my heart for FromSoft games. You're often alone in a dying world, but it is strangely... peaceful. Very rarely does a game truly let the player indulge in the atmosphere instead of being bombarded by info. Just like for books, if I feel strongly about a game, I may write about it!
